Erica Restaurant presents a very extensive menu able to cater for even the most discerning gourmets. Whether you prefer meat or fish specialities, the only problem will be choosing and, if you are undecided, you can be sure of receiving a good suggestion.
Besides international cuisine, the menu offers original dishes in which local produce, including from Lake Garda, is skilfully blended thanks to the culinary art of the Chef. To name just some: Veal carpaccio marinated in aromas, Spaghetti alla chitarra with lake fish sauce or fillet of sea bass on squash puree and red onion jam.
The fresh pasta starters , the grilled meat or fish and a broad selection of desserts complete the traditional menu. For a fast lunch or dinner, fresh salads or traditional pizza are available (including with mozzarella cheese made from buffalo milk).
While waiting to enjoy their orders, all the restaurant guests can taste the many appetisers offered by the house.
